Childbirth Preparation
I offer private Childbirth Preparation classes.
- During this class, we will explore your own personal beliefs about labor and birth to empower you. We will cover pain coping and management techniques as well as the form and function of pregnancy and birth.
I am a Birthing From Within Mentor and strive to help you find your strengths to rely upon through the rites of passage of birth and becoming a parent.
Fees:
$250 for 6 hours of instruction
$150 discount if I am your doula
